This session will be on the water, learning how to drive the patrol boats, with experienced skippers on hand. It will re-cap launching and recovery procedures, and then include slow helm position, killcord use, slow speed manoeuvres, high speed manoeuvres, etc…
It is mainly aimed at those who have not done much/any driving of small powerboats.
Participants are encouraged to also sign up as crews for the Harbour Champs racing in the afternoon to gain experience.
